The Nigerian Army Resource Centre (NARC), Abuja, celebrated a significant milestone today, Monday, 13 January 2025, as the Director General, Major General Garba Ayodeji Wahab (Rtd), decorated Lieutenant Colonel Oluwatoyin Ismail Braimoh with his new rank of Colonel at Hall C, Tukur Buratai Block, Asokoro, Abuja.
In his remarks, Major General Wahab commended the senior officer’s dedication, professionalism, and loyalty, as evidenced by his exemplary service during various operational deployments. He reminded him of the increased leadership responsibilities the new rank entails, urging the newly promoted Colonel to embrace this promotion as a call to greater service, accountability and humility.
The ceremony was attended by notable dignitaries, including Rt Hon Fredrick Agbedi, Member representing Sagbama/Ekeremor Federal Constituency; Major General Sadiq Ndalolo (Rtd), Executive Director NARC Consult; Professor Christopher Ogbogbo, Director of Research; members of academia, senior serving and retired military officers, members of his family, other staff of the centre and well-wishers.
