The State Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Ogun State Command, Commandant David Idowu Ojelabi attended the grand finale of the 2024-Armed Forces Remembrance Day held at the Arcade Ground, Governor’s Office, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, on Monday.
The grand finale had the governor of the State, Prince Dapo Abiodun was also in attendance alongside other security chiefs and government functionaries.
Also in attendance were: the Deputy Governor of Ogun State, Engr. (Mrs.) Noimot Salako-Oyedele; the Secretary to the State Government, Mr. Tokunbo Talabi; the Speaker of the Ogun State House of Assembly, Prince Taiwo Olakunle Oluomo; the Chief Judge of Ogun State, Justice (Dr.) MA Dipeolu; amongst others.
Royal Fathers at the programme include: Oba Dr Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo, the Alake and Paramount Ruler of Egbaland; Oba Babatunde Adewale Ajayi the Akarigbo and Paramount Ruler of Remoland; amongst other royal fathers from across the length and breadth of the Gateway State.
Service commanders in attendance at the event were: The Brigade Commander, 35 Artillery Brigade, Nigerian Army, Alamala, Abeokuta, Brigadier General Mohammed Tajudeen Aminu; the Commissioner of Police, Ogun State Command, CP. Mustapha Abiodun Alamutu; the State Comptroller, Nigerian Immigration Service, Ogun State Command, Comptroller OO Abosede.
Others include: the State Commander, National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, Ogun State Command Headquarters, Abeokuta, CN. Ibiba Jane Odili; the Commanding Officer, Federal Fire Service, Ogun State Command Headquarters, Controller FM Adebayo amongst others.
