The Kogi State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), has paraded four suspects for alleged involvement in cybercrimes.
Parading the suspects at the Command headquarters in Lokoja on Wednesday, the State Commandant of the Corps, Ahmad Ghandi Ahmad said the suspects were arrested through forensic investigation by a combined team of the Command’s intelligence personnel and other units at their various hideouts.

Also paraded is one Ahmed Dantata, who was arrested for theft, criminal trespass and cybercrime-related offences.
The Commandant urged parents and guardians to be more involved in the activities of their children to guide them against getting involved in criminal activities.
He reassured the public of the Command’s readiness to continue to tackle all forms of crimes and criminality across the State in its bid to sustain relative peace in Kogi State.
The OC Legal of the Command, Rabiu Mohammed said that all the suspects would be charged to Court under the Cybercrime Act at the Federal High Court, Lokoja upon completion of investigation.
Speaking in an interview, the Suspects, all confessed to being involved in cybercrime-related activities.
