…Gombe Gov, Gumi, to be honoured Peace Ambassadors

Renowned Islamic scholar Sheikh Ahma Gumi has commended Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya and his Jigawa counterpart, Mohammed Badaru Abubakar, over the relative peace and security in the states
Gumi told People Security Monitor,PSM, at his Kaduna residence today, that the Gombe governor, specifically has done significantly well in maintaining peace and security in the state, inspite of the unending insecurity in the North
” The other Governor, I mean the Jigawa governor, is also doing well’ the cleric added
He noted that the Gombe governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, has ensured absolute peace and security in the state, notwithstanding the location of the state in the troubled North East.
The PSM team had paid a sympathy visit today to Sheikh Gumi over the recent fire that gutted a portion of his residence.
Distinguished Sheikh Gumi and His Excellency Governor Muhamadu Inuwa Yahaya have both been nominated for the prestigious award of Peace and Security Ambassadors of Nigeria ,(PSAN) ..They will be formally honoured at the Security Conference/ Recognition,award ceremony , organised by People’s security monitor,PSM, a radio and online media organisation, to be held on March 23, at the National Merit House, Maitama,Abuja
