The Federal Capital Territory Commissioner of Police, Olatunji Disu, has said he is aware of the security challenges facing the nation’s capital.
He promised to work tirelessly to significantly improve the security situation in the FCT.
Speaking while assuming duties as the 32nd Commissioner of Police in the FCT on Monday, Disu said his time in office would be marked by a strict zero-tolerance policy towards all forms of crime and criminal behaviour.
Disu said, “As I assume this role, I am acutely aware of the security challenges facing the FCT and the foundational work laid by my predecessors to maintain relative peace. I am committed to building upon this groundwork and enhancing our efforts to significantly improve the security situation in our territory
