Operatives of the Nigerian military are still engrossed in search of nearly 300 school children kidnapped last Thursday from their Kaduna school by bandits, a source has disclosed, even as parents of the kidnapped kids are worried stiff about the safety of their children.
The source told People’s Security Monitor in Kaduna that all possible avenues and strategies are being deployed by the military to rescue the kidnapped school children.
Competent sources revealed how the soldiers are being supported by the local police, intelligence agency and air force, as well as the Kaduna state vigilance service, a vigilante group that knows the local terrain, the source added.
“The entire Nigerian military and other security agencies and the Government of Kaduna State are working tirelessly to ensure the freedom of all the abducted students and pupils, and I can assure that very soon we shall get all the children rescued.” says a dependable source.
