The State Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Katsina State Command, Commandant of Corps Jamilu A. Indabawa received in audience the Commander 213 Forward Operating Base who also doubles as the Air Component Commander Operation Hadarin Daji , Air Commodore GI Jibia and his team on a familarization tour today Wednesday 28th February 2024 at the Command Headquarters Katsina.
In his remarks the Commander expressed much appreciation for the warm reception accorded to him and his team during the visit.
He further revealed that the visit was meant to cement the already existing synergy and relationships between the two Security agencies.
The Commander equally echoed that ” the current trend of armed banditry, kidnapping and other sorts of criminality require joint and collective approach of all the Security agencies to achieve peace and stability.
In his respond the State Commandant expressed much happiness for the visit.He assured the Commander and his team all the necessary support, cooperation and collaboration.
He emphasized that there has been good synergy among the Security agencies in the State and collaboration in areas of joint operations,training and sharing of credible intelligence among others.
The Katsina State Command helmsman, maintained that ” we have been enjoying good working relationships and doing well in the area of joint operations, training and sharing credible intelligence”.
He further observed that promoting safety and Security in the State rests on collaboration among all the Security agencies in the State.
