In its determination to further fortify personnel of the Sokoto Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), its Commandant, Alkali Bello Argungu has announced a 2-day capacity building for his personnel.
The 2-day workshop themed ”Better Service Delivery” is scheduled between 12-13 December this year, according to a statement from the Command.
Commandant Argungu explained that the 2-day workshop would serve as a catalyst for massive human capacity development of the Sokoto NSCDC personnel.
”The workshop is targeted at top Management staff, Heads of formations, Area Commanders, Divisional Officers as well as middle level Cadre of the corps.” the statement disclosed.
”Participants will be handled by internal as well as external resource persons from sister agencies and exposed to concepts such as Modern Administrative Techniques, Core Investigation Techniques, Intelligence Gathering, Processing and Sharing, Administration and Logistics, Financial Discipline, Parallel Ranking, Discipline, Work Ethics and Parallel Ranking in the Military and Paramilitary.” the statement further explained.
Commandant Argungu however charged the participants to make best use of the workshop to improve their existing performance.
