Cross River NSCDC Gives Befitting Parade, Lying In State For The Remains Of Its Pioneer Commandant, Elder Patrick Etim Williams

The Cross River Command of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps under the leadership of its Commandant, Charles Brown last weekend organised a befitting parade and lying in state for the remains of its pioneer Commandant, Elder Patrick Etim Williams who died some weeks back.

Late Williams before his retirement also rose to the enviable position of Acting Commander of the Edo Zonal Command, after he had served meritoriously as Cross River State Command of the NSCDC between 1996-2005.

Cross River NSCDC Commandant, Charles Brown described the late Commandant as a man who had come to give all his best to the service of the NSCDC, assuring that history would definitely be kind to him.
