Kogi NSCDC Commandant, Ahmed Ahmad Gandi Receives CG Audi’s Second Year Compendium Of Achievements, Says Dr Audi’s sterling leadership skill Has Helped Reposition NSCDC To An Enviable, Acceptable Standard Within A Spate of Two Years

Kogi State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Mr. Ahmad Ahmad Gandi has commended the Commandant General of the NSCDC, Dr. Ahmed Abubakar Audi for his exemplary revolutionary changes across all the segments of the Corps within the two years of his leadership.

Speaking while receiving copies of CG Audi’s second year compendium of achievements, presented to him by CEO/ Editor-In-Chief of Peoples Security Monitor and author of the book, Isiaka Mustapha, Commandant Gandi explained that it was quite a pleasant surprise that CG Audi attained the feat of fixing up the NSCDC within two years of his leadership, when many had envisaged longer period for the reorganisation of the Corps under the leadership of CG Audi; but he applied his administrative skills to accomplish a lots within a short period.

”Our Commandant General came at a time when the Corps was engulfed in lots of challenges, but with his wealth of experience and zeal to get things right, he was able to tackle them within a period of just two years.

”The truth of the matter is that Dr. Audi’s sterling leadership skills have impacted prosperously on the advancement of the NSCDC to an enviable and acceptable standard within a period of two years; even as longer period was envisaged for the revolutionary changes, but he applied his expertise, and before all of us could know it he had set the NSCDC back to path of sanity, discipline and result-oriented paramilitary agency.

”CG Audi’s tenure has continuously witnessed immense innovations that have strengthened the Corps with a corresponding increase in the level of social acceptability nationwide. And obviously our Commandant General’s passion for service, which among others include innovative drive, enhanced welfare package for personnel, improved ethical standard and discipline and deployment of the Corps to all assignments as the case may has indeed earned all the State commands immense respect and cooperation from members of the public.” Commandant Gandi said.

While appreciating the efforts of the book’s author, Mr Gandi however pledged his Command’s preparedness to procure more copies of the book for officers and men of his command.
