The Commandant General, Dr. Ahmed Abubakar Audi, has engaged the support of Traditional Institutions in tackling the security challenges affecting the nation.

The historic visit of the Commandant General, Dr.Ahmed Audi to the Gbong Gwom Jos and Chairman, Plateau State Council of Chiefs and Emirs, His Royal Majesty, Jacob Gyang Buba was necessitated by his quest for security and safety of the citizens as well as the protection of Critical National Asset and infrastructure.

The CG reiterated that as the custodian of customs and traditions, the Corps needs the support of Royal fathers for social re-engineering and sensitization of Nigerians especially the people of Jos on security consciousness.

His Royal Majesty assured the Commandant General that the Plateau State Council of Chiefs and Emirs under his watch would continue to work very closely with the Corps by encouraging their subjects to provide credible intelligence to nip crime and any infiltration of bandits or attack in the bud.
