Navy Captain Bakori (rtd)
In appreciation of his contributions to the development of national and industrial security the International Institute of Professional Security has conferred on Navy Captain Umar Abubakar Bakori (rtd), the Commander General of the Vigilante Group of Nigeria the prestigious Fellowship of the Institute.
