The Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Gwabin Musa, has conveyed heartfelt felicitations to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Nigeria, on the occasion of his 73rd birthday, commending for the immense positive impactment on the Nigerian military.
In a statement issued on behalf of the Service Chiefs and members of the Armed Forces, General Musa gave kudos to President Tinubu’s unwavering commitment to fostering peace, harmony, and prosperity in the nation.
He praised the President’s sacrifices, dedication anfd high sense of patriotism, describing them as instrumental in steering Nigeria toward progress.
“Your leadership has positively impacted the successes being achieved by the Armed Forces of Nigeria. We remain loyal and committed to your ideals and aspirations for a safer nation where citizens and businesses thrive,” he said.
The Defence Chief also attributed the increase in troops’ morale to President Tinubu’s relentless efforts in providing necessary funds, incentives, and modern equipment to combat insurgency, terrorism, economic sabotage, and other criminal activities.
General Musa expressed optimism that the Almighty God would continue to grant the President sound health and wisdom to navigate the nation through challenging times.
He pledged the Armed Forces’ unwavering loyalty and commitment to upholding their constitutional responsibilities to ensure peace and
security.
