President Muhammadu Buhari’s Katsina home state came under severe attacks Tuesday evening as several inhabitants of communities in Batsari Local Government are feared killed and properties burnt down.
Sources said the multiple attacks which lasted for about two hours, saw dozens of houses including government structures and vehicles set ablaze.
As at the time of writing this story, our sources could not ascertained number of people that were killed in the five communities attacked by the bandits.
According to sources not a few number of victims who were trying to escape from the onslaught of the gunmen suffered different degrees of injuries.
