Armed men on Saturday allegedly snatched away ballot boxes from two polling centres at the Immaculate Heart Catholic Church and the St Faith Catholic Church in Fegge, Onitsha, Anambra State.

The gunmen, numbering about five, according to eye witness accounts  stormed the St Faith Catholic Church Mbonu in an unmarked vehicle

Sources said that the assailants drove straight to the ballot boxes and fled with two of them.
