Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq joins President Bola Ahmed Tinubu today at Villa as he decorates his Kwara-born ADC, Nurudeen Yusuf with his new substantive rank of Colonel.
Last year, Governor AbdulRazaq also presented Colonel Nurudeen Yusuf his royal staff of office as the Elemona of Ilemona land in Oyun Local Government Area of Kwara state.
