ARMED FORCES COMMAND AND STAFF COLLEGE GRADUATES STUDENTS OF JC 98/2024

The Armed Forces Command and Staff College (AFCSC) Jaji-Nigeria, graduated Students of Junior Course 98 on 13 December, 2024 at the AVM AO Ogundana Officers’ Mess in Jaji Military Cantonment. During his welcome address, the Commandant AFCSC, Air Vice Marshal HI Alhaji, expressed gratitude to the Chief of Defence Staff General CG Musa who was the Special Guest of Honour (SGOH) for his continues support and mentorship. He also, highlighted the College’s effort to review and expand its curriculum, in order to address contemporary security challenges. AVM Alhaji further stated that, the students were equipped with the skills necessary to operate efficiently in various operations. Therefore, he charged them to uphold the values of discipline, integrity, loyalty and service before self.

In his speech, the SGOH highlighted the significance of the occasion, marking yet another milestone in the history of the College. He commended the AFCSC for its continues commitment to providing World Class training for officers at the tactical and operational level. Stating that, this approach aligns with the vision of the Nigerian Armed Forces to nurture a professional, people – eccentric military capable of fulfilling its constitutional responsibilities in joint and collaborative operations. Therefore he congratulated the students for successful completion of the course and urged them to embrace the responsibilities that will come with their new roles. Gen Musa further commended efforts of the Commandant and entire staff of the College for their dedication to excellence in educating Members of the Armed Forces.
