REITERATES NAF’S COMMITMENT TO LEVERAGING CUTTING EDGE TECHNOLOGY FOR ENHANCED OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY

The Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Air Marshal Hasan Abubakar, has reiterated the commitment of the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) to bosting it’s operational efficiency by leveraging advanced technologies. This was stated whilst receiving the Managing Director of Zinox Technologies, Mrs Kelechi Eze-Okonta, today 24 September 2024, on a courtesy call at Headquarters NAF. Air Marshal Abubakar emphasized the critical role of technology in modern warfare and national security, stressing the need for strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as Zinox Technologies to ensure the NAF maintains its technological edge.

He noted that the NAF is continually seeking to integrate technological solutions in areas such as secure information storage, advanced biometrics, and ICT engineering, in consonance with one of the key enablers of his Command Philosophy which is, “Prioritizing R & D Leveraging Cutting-Edge Technology, Strategic Partnerships and Lessons Learnt.” According to the CAS, “partnerships with firms like Zinox are crucial for maintaining the NAF’s operational readiness in the increasingly complex security environment we are currently experiencing.”

During her presentation, Mrs. Eze-Okonta highlighted Zinox Technologies’ commitment to supporting the NAF’s goals through cutting-edge ICT and alternative energy solutions. She showcased the company’s innovative offerings, including scalable IT systems and customized engineering deployment strategies designed to meet the NAF’s specific requirements.
