DELTA FRSC SECTOR COMMANDER PAYS A COURTESY VISIT TO DELTA NSCDC COMMANDANT, SULEIMAN JIMOH, SOLICITS FOR STRONGER TIES BETWEEN THE TWO PARAMILITARY AGENCIES

The Delta State Sector Controller of the Correctional Service, Raymond Nwagu has paid a courtesy visit to his counterpart in the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Commandant Suleiman Jimoh.

Controller Nwagu in his speech during the visit emphasized the need for improved cooperation and synergy between the two paramilitary agencies, stressing that the two securities have a common mandate in the area of protecting lives and property, while requesting for the re-introduction of the joint fitness jogging and exercise for officers in Delta state as it used to be.

”Though there is an existing cordial relationship between the NSCDC and the Correctional Service in Edo State, I will be delighted to see the synergy and cooperation being improved upon within the shortest period” Nwagu stressed.

While responding to Commander Nwogu’s speech, Commandant Suleiman Jimoh, however promised the readiness and willingness of the NSCDC Command to cooperate with the FRSC in all relevant matters in the state.
