CG Audi, A Huge Blessing To The NSCDC – Commandant Padonu Augustine

The Commandant of the Oyo State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Padonu Augustine has described the leadership of Dr. Ahmed Abubakar Audi as a huge blessing to the Corps, especially as it concerns the enormous development drive he has effected since his emergence as the Commandant General of the Corps three years ago.

Commandant Padonu who was speaking shortly after he was presented with the third edition of the Compendium of CG Audi noted that NSCDC in its totality has been greatly improved by CG Audi since his emergence as the Corps Helmsman three years ago.

Specifically, Commandant Padonu praised Dr Audi for clearing all the backlog of promotions of officers and men of the Corps which had demoralized the working and productivity spirit of the Corps personnel for several years.

”Let me quickly emphasised that the emergence of Dr Ahmed Abubakar Audi as the Commandant General of the NSCDC has indeed brought about huge blessings to working force of the Corps, and entire management of the NSCDC in several aspects. Take instance the CG’s bold steps to clear all the backlog of promotions and so many arrears and other financial responsibility he inherited from his predecessor; this he did within a spate one year he assumed duties. He has been able rectify lots of administrative lapses that had bedeviled the NSCDC for decades. Human capital development under his leadership is highly commendable, because apart from several courses both at home and abroad has ceaselessly been enjoyed by personnel since he came on board as our leader, he has also achieved for the Corps College of Staff Training and Supportive College located in Plateau and Nasarawa States respectively.” said Commandant Padonu
