Dr. Ahmed Audi, Nigeria’s Pride In Security System, Says Lagos NSCDC Boss

The Commandant General of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Dr Ahmed Abubakar Audi has been described as Nigeria’s pride in security system. Lagos NSCDC Commandant, Mr. Adedotun Keshinro made this commendation yesterday while being presented with copies of the third edition of the compendium of the achievements of Dr Ahmed Abubakar Audi, the Commandant General of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC).

While presenting the book titled the Outstanding Third Year Score Sheet Of The First Tenure Of Dr Ahmed Abubakar Audi (FEBRUARY 18TH 2023 – FEBRUARY 18TH 2024) THROUGH THE EYES OF THE MEDIA.” Lagos NSCDC Commandant, Mr. Adedotun Keshinro, the author, Isiaka Mustapha described the achievements of the NSCDC Commandant General as ”immense and impressive”

The author, a renowned journalist and publisher, Mr. Isiaka Mustapha rated the Corps, under the able leadership of the Commandant General so high especially, in fulfilling its statutory mandates in the country. He affirmed that vandalism of our critical national assets and infrastructure has reduced drastically and has not been business as usual since the assumption of the CG.

The Lagos State Commandant, Mr. Adedotun Keshinro in his response, described the Commandant General as a consitent performer and pride to the nation’s security system, especially as it bothers on the core mandate of the NSCDC.

”This is evident in the great work he and his team has been embarking upon since he assumed office about three years ago. The Corps has arrested and prosecuted many culprits caught in the act of vandalism and other crimes across the length and breadth of Nigeria.

The presentation was done before Head of Departments, Area Commanders and Head of Units at the state command’s headquarters in the state to celebrate the achievements of the CG so far. 

The Lagos State Commandant vowed to continue to pursue excellence and collaborate with other security agencies in a bid to heighten the already established safety, peace and security in the state.
