COMMANDANT INDABAWA COMMISSIONS NEWLY UPGRADED NSCDC MALUMFASHI AREA COMMAND 

 

The State Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Katsina State Command Jamilu A. Indabawa has commissioned the newly upgraded and refurbished NSCDC Malumfashi Area Command office accommodation of the NSCDC at the premises of the Area Command in Malumfashi LGA, Katsina State.

In his address, the State  Commandant  assured the commitments of the Command towards promoting safety and Security of the good people of Katsina State. More so, he indicated that the Command will not relent in its efforts to uncover all the activities of vandals, economic saboteurs and other criminals in the State. 

Commandant Indabawa expressed much appreciation to the renowned businessman Engineer Muntari Sagir Malumfashi for his selfless service to humanity for undertaking the project. He further thanked the people of Malumfashi and Katsina State in general for continuous support and cooperation.

Represented by the Area Commander, Malumfashi Area Command, ACC Abdullahi Muhammed Aminu, Commandant Indabawa called on the good people of Katsina State to support and cooperate with the Security agencies as the Corps is dedicated to ensuring a peaceful atmosphere in the State and  Nigeria as a whole.

In his remarks, the District Head of Malumfashi and Galadiman Katsina, Justice Sadeeq Abdullahi Mahuta (Rtd) called on NSCDC to reciprocate the gesture by contributing more in crime prevention and reduction in Malumfashi and and the State as a whole.He commended the Area Commander and his team for their  commitments and dedication to duty.

Various speakers including the project sponsor Engineer Muntari Sagir Malumfashi, Hon. Chairman Malumfashi LGA,  Mallam Maharazu Adamu Dayi, among others promised continuous support and cooperation with the Corps.

The event was well attended by Head of Security agencies, other government functionaries, religious and traditional leaders.
