The Commandant General of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Dr. Ahmed Abubakar has received a compendium of the media reports of his third year (February 18th, 2023-February 18th, 2024) achievements in office as Helmsman of the NSCDC
While receiving the compendium authored by Isiaka Mustapha, Editor-In-Chief of People’s Security Monitor, Dr. Audi expressed his delight at the production of the compendium and promised better performance of the NSCDC in the years ahead of his administration.
‘’Let me reassure you that our zeal to build NSCDC to global standard has not waned in any form, we remain steadfast in our resolute to give all it takes to build NSCDC to world class status, and on this, we are not going to compromise. The security of Nigeria and protection of its critical assets remain our cardinal mandate, and this we shall execute with our maximum capacity. In spite of our immense achievements in the last three years; let me reassure Nigerians that we shall not rest on our oars.” Audi said.
Dr Audi however commended the author of the book and his support for NSCDC over the years, while approving the presentation of the compendium to state commands of the NSCDC.
