2 Pilots Survive In NAF Trainer Aircraft Crash

A Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Super Mushshak trainer aircraft has crashed in Kaduna.
The incident, which NAF described as a “minor mishap” occurred at 2.35pm yesterday.

The director of public relations and information AVM Edward Gabkwet in a statement said the crash occurred 3.5 nautical miles from Kaduna Military Airfield, involving two pilots who were returning from a routine training flight.
He, however, said both pilots came out of the crash unscathed.

The chief of air staff, Air Marshal Hasan Abubakar, has directed a preliminary investigation to ascertain the immediate cause of the crash.
