Delta NSCDC Raids Agip Oil Pipeline Vandals Operating Site, Impounds Their Equipment

Operatives of the Delta State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps have raided the Agip Oil Pipeline operating spot of the oil vandals following a distress call on Monday from the local vigilante about suspected vandals operating on the Agip oil pipeline at Onyekwu Community 11, Ndokwa-East Local Government Area of Delta States

Arriving at the scene, the suspected vandals reportedly took to their heels on sighting NSCDC operatives, abandoning the following items behind: mini thrust (white), ⁠Five steel pipes, ⁠two gas cylinders and ⁠Welding materials. All the items have been impounded accordingly by the NSCDC operatives.

Meanwhile, efforts are being intensified with a view to arresting the fleeing suspects for further investigation and possible prosecution.
