The Management of the National Institte has announced the appointment of Mr. Kolade Umoru as its new Spokesman.
Kolade Umoru, a self-driven and results oriented personality with significant work experience
in public service attended Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and the University of Ado Ekiti
State University for his under-graduate and post-graduate studies.
Kolade respected for his penchant for hard work, is a Certified Mediator and Negotiator with soft skills in
Conflict Management and Prevention.
He holds Membership Certifications from Nigeria Institute of Public Relations, and he’s a Global Affiliate member of Charter Institute of Public Relations (UK). Fellow, Institute of Corporate
Administration and a member, Non-kinetic operations coordination course 1,
National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru-Nigeria. He
also attended Senior Management Course at the Administrative Staff
College of Nigeria (ASCON). He has presented Academic Papers at many
Conferences and National Workshops.
