Jigawa NSCDC Commandant Pays Courtesy Visit To Newly Deployed Jigawa State Police Commissioner

The newly deployed State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Commandant Muhammed Danjuma on Tuesday paid a courtesy visit to the newly deployed Commissioner of Police, Jigawa State, Mr. A. T Abdullahi.
He was at the State Police Command for a formal introduction and to strengthen cordial working relationship between the NSCDC and the NPF.

Receiving the State Commandant with his top management, the Commissioner of Police expressed appreciation for the visit and assured the NSCDC helmsman of his readiness to partner with NSCDC and provide all the necessary support to ensure effective security in the State.

The two security heads frowned at interagency rivalry which they say has significant consequence on the teeming populace to whom the security is being provided and promised to work parri passu to face the current security challenges in the State.

They agreed to address the problem through interagency collaboration and other engagements such as sporting, joint operations and recreational activities.

The State Commandant was accompanied by DCC Kabiru Baffa, DCC Hassan Maidamma Yabo, ACC Adamu Auwani, heads of Operations, Intelligence and Investigations, and Administration departments respectively.
