Niger State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Elijah Etim Willie has commended the foresight of the Dr. Ahmed Abubakar Audi, the Commandant General, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps for preparing and skillfully equipped himself ahead of his emergence as Helmsman of the NSCDC, This according to Commandant Willie has really fortified the CG Audi ahead of his transformation agenda which he now applies to change the fortune of the NSCDC for better.
Speaking at the presentation of the second-year compendium of achievements of CG Audi, Commandant Willie disclosed that the NSCDC could not have had it better with the leadership of CG Audi, whom he said had prepared himself ahead of the leadership role he is currently saddled with at NSCDC.
”In all the positions he had served before his appointment as the Commandant General, our CG had exhibited a great deal of impressive and inspiring leadership role as if he had the premonition of his elevation to the topmost rank of the NSCDC. He is ever committed in whatever he does; and this quality had been from his early stage in the Corps. So, his superlative performance as the Commandant General of the NSCDC could not have been otherwise. He is a man of enviable track records in all ramifications, and this has never been in dispute.”
The Niger NSCDC boss however expressed his delight at the work of the author of the book, Isiaka Mustapha, emphasizing that NSCDC CG’s good works had been fully represented in the book, while stating that he would be eagerly expecting the third edition next year.
