The State Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Ogun State Command Headquarters, Abeokuta, Commandant David Idowu Ojelabi mni, received the State Director, National Agency for the Prohibition of Traffic in Persons, Mrs. Bosede Jimoh, at his office, Dekudu Village, Off Kobape Road, Abeokuta, on Tuesday, November 21, 2023.
The State Director, NAPTIP, Mrs. Jimoh sought the continuous support, integrity and synergy of the Corps in combatting heinous crimes across Ogun State and her neighbouring communal towns and villages.
According to her, “The integrity of the Civil Defence in condemning and eradicating crime cannot be over-emphasised”.
In his own response, the State Commandant noted that the State Command under his watch will never fail to exhibit all sense of duty and dignity as the helmsman of the State Command.
He continued by noting that the Commandant General, Ahmed Abubakar Audi PhD, mni, OFR, is always in constant restructuring of the Corps for the betterment and total security of the Nigerian populace.
He emphasised the readiness of the Corps to collaborate and be of immense support to the NAPTIP in Ogun State.
