Muhammed Gandi Gandi, Kogi NSCDC Commandant
Barely twenty-four hours to the Kogi State governorship election, Muhammad Gandi Gandi, the helmsman of the Kogi State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, (NSCDC) has in collaboration with other operations heads sent from NSCDC headquarters in Abuja dispatched his men and other supportive operatives from other states to their duty posts across the state to check unlawful acts and any form of criminality that may likely occur during the poll exercise.
Gandi Gandi had earlier warned all the NSCDC operatives involved in the exercise not to compromise discipline and ethical standard no matter how minute in the course of their official duties.
He however warned troublemakers to stay away from tomorrow’s election as the Corps would not spare anyone caught contravening the laws and rules guiding the electoral process.
