The Editorial Board of People’s Security Monitor has presented Dr. Ahmed Abubakar Audi, Commandant General, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) with second edition of ‘Through The Eyes Of The Media’, a book authored by Isiaka Mustapha, Chief Executive Officer of People’s Security Monitor.
‘Through The Eyes Of The Media’ – a 470-page compendium of immense achievements recorded during the second year of his first tenure as NSCDC CG was last weekend presented to Dr. Ahmed Abubakar Audi in his office by the author, Isiaka Mustapha under the auspices of the Editorial Board of People’s Security Monitor.
While presenting the book to the NSCDC helmsman, the author, Isiaka Mustapha, described Dr. Audi as a man of sterling leadership quality, which he has impacted in all segments of the NSCDC in the last two years, thus taking the Corps to an enviable height to the admiration and commendation of all Nigerians.
”We are most delighted and confident to have you at the helm of affairs at NSCDC, because we are conversant with your impressive records when it comes to result-oriented administrative skills. As human and ethical compliant leader, you have consistently placed high premium on the welfare of personnel, in order to achieve a more virile, dedicated and productive workforce across all the segments of the Corps in the last two years of your leadership at NSCDC.” Mustapha said at the presentation.
In his response, Commandant General Audi commended the professional efforts and acumen of the author in compiling the functions and activities of his administration in the last two years as represented by the Nigerian media and bringing same to public limelight in a publication.
He however, emphasized his desire to grow the NSCDC to a global standard with the world best practice.
