The Governing Board of the People’s Security Monitor has congratulated the immediate past Comptroller General of the Nigeria Immigration Service, NIS, Muhammad Babandede over the promotion of his national honour award from MEMBER OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC MFR to OFFICER OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OFR.
