The Board of the People’s Security Monitor has this afternoon, expressed delight over the conferment of national honour in the rank of the Officer Of The Federal Republic , OFR, on the Commandant General of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Dr Ahmed Abubakar Audi.
According to a statement issued and signed by the Executive Secretary of the Board, Isiaka Mustapha, ”Permit us all the Board members of the People’s Security Monitor to felicitate most heartily with you on your conferment with the national honour of Officer Of The Federal Republic, OFR, by the Federal Government of Nigeria under the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari.
