IMPRESSIVE STORY OF HAFIZ MUHAMMED INUWA, DELTA STATE POLICE COMMISSIONER

Delta State Police Commissioner is one of the high ranking police officers who has been of the immense value to the Nigeria Police Force. Inuwa who assumed duty at the Deita State Police Command is a Member of the National Institute, mni. CP Hafiz Mohammed Inuwa took over from CP Adeyinka Adeleke who has been nominated to attend a course at the National Institute of Policy and Strategy Studies (NIPSS) Kuru, near Jos.

The new CP, who hails from Jigawa state, was born on March 21, 1964. He holds a BA (Hons) degree in Arts, and a Masters degree in Public Policy and Administration (MPPA).

Hafiz Inuwa enlisted into the Nigeria Police Force on 3rd March, 1990, after  attending the elite Police Academy Kaduna.

He was promoted Commissioner of Police on 31st October, 2017 and is married with children.

Meanwhile the new CP has pledged to leverage on the existing security architecture already in place towards enthroning the reign of peace and safety in Delta State. CP Inuwa, while taking over from his predecessor, advised members of the public to always co-operate with the Police and other security agencies to enhance crime fighting and control. In the same vein, the out gone Commissioner of Police, Adeyinka Adeleke, Psc thanked the government and people of Delta State for their co-operation and urged them to extend same to his successor.
