The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Osun State Command has got a new Commandant, Sunday Agboola.
The new NSCDC Commander took over from Commandant Emmanuel Ocheja.
The Commandant while resuming duties, in a statement by the NSCDC Osun State Command spokesperson, Olabisi Atanda, declared his readiness for the forthcoming gubernatorial election in the state to make it peaceful.
Agboola is a graduate of University of Lagos where he obtained his first degree in Economics.
He also has an Advanced Diploma in Security Operations in the same University.
Commandant Agboola is a holder of Master’s degree in Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, amongst others.
In his welcome address, Agboola said he is ready to fight insecurity in the State.
Agboola has worked in different states of the nation and in various capacities, such as the Head of Department, Operations, Gombe State Command, Head of Department, Training and Manpower Development at the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Head of Department, Private Guard Company, Monitoring and Supervision at the National headquarters, Abuja.
