The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps NSCDC, Jigawa State Command has received a new State Commandant Alhaji Musa Mala posted by the national headquarters, Abuja.
This was contained in a statement signed by the spokesman of the command CSC Adamu Shehu.
He said the new commandant took over the mantle of leadership from Mustapha Talba (CC), who was transferred to the Zonal Command Headquarters, Zone C, Bauchi.
He explained that before his redeployment to the State, the new Commandant was the Zonal Head of Operations at the Zonal Headquarters, Zone D, Kaduna, He also served the Corps at various capacities and different States including Benue, Niger, Yobe, Borno and Jigawa.
The new State Commandant charged officers and men of the Command to live to the expectations and aspirations of the general public of providing security of lives and property.
He, however, seeks support and cooperation of sister security agencies and the general public for the discharge of his responsibilities.
